We’re seeing an issue on some devices where two hyphens next to each other (–) are merged to form a horizontal bar (―) when a copy is copy and pasted, causing the coupon code to be rejected by the supplier.
Unfortunately this is something out of our hands. However, the quick fix is to type this out – rather than copy and paste. Please log a ticket if there are any further issues and we can assist!
